In a small, quiet and amazing street, Dutch Street, a 36-apartment building was built as part of the TMA 38/2 project (demolition and construction).

The project was designed to create a “boutique” building and yet adapt it to the urban space in which it is located. Also as part of this project, we placed a clear emphasis on meeting the expectations of buyers and landowners. The project includes an underground car park without multipliers (3 parking basements), a luxurious lobby and more.
